How to make DIY Hot Chocolate Slime!

Hi! Today, I am going to show you how to make hot chocolate slime! This is a super fun slime, because it smells like real hot chocolate, looks realistic, and of course, super fun to play with! This is also great for decoration. Here are the materials you will need to make this awesome slime:

This is the hot choclolate slime I made, it looks so real!

  • White Glue (make sure it contains PVA & Elmers works the best)
  • Shaving Cream (optional, just makes it fluffy)
  • Lotion
  • Baby Oil
  • Cocoa powder/hot chocolate mix (this is optional as well, but it makes it smell super nice!)
  • Baking Soda (Don't use if using shaving cream)
  • Foam (Optional)
  • Brown paint/Food Coloring
  • Contact Solution
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Stirring Utensil
  • Air Tight Container
First, grab your mixing bowl and pour in half a cup of glue.

Next, add in 1/4 cup of shaving cream ( optional )

Then, add in a few squirts of lotion along with baby oil, these make the slime really soft and stretchy!

If you want the slime to smell like real hot chocolate add in two teaspoons of hot chocolate mix/cocoa powder (you don't have to)

Add in a few pinches of baking soda (if you used shaving cream skip this step)

Put in a little bit of brown paint/ food coloring.  Don't add too much or it will become hard!
Mix well!

Next, add in your contact solution little at a time and mix and repeat until your slime starts pulling away from the bowl, then pick it up with your hand, and knead it until it's not sticky. (If still sticky, add more contact solution, if hard, add some lotion) Adjust it however you want!

This is an optional step as well, but if you want it to be more realistic, then cut up little square shape marshmallows from foam and put them in the slime, and your slime is complete! If you want to keep your slime to play with later, store it in a air tight container, so it doesn't dry out!
