How to Make Your Own Comfort Squishy

Hi, today I am going to show you how to make your very own comfort squishy.

First, gather these supplies:

1.) memory foam (I use travel pillows)
2.) scissors
3.) puffy/fabric paint
4.) plastic gloves

Next, cut the shape of your squishy. For example, the one I am making now is in a donut shape. I started off by cutting the foam into a circle with my scissors.

Then I poked a hole in the middle and cut it out. Try making it as smooth as you can.

Once your original shape is done, put your gloves on.

You can use whatever colors you want to decorate your donut or follow the colors that I did. I mixed white, yellow, and brown together to make the base color of the donut. Dip your foam into the paint and rub the paint all over the foam with your gloves until it is completely covered.

Once that is done, take off your gloves. Directly from the bottle, paint your frosting in any color you want. I used pink to represent strawberry frosting. Next, get whatever colors you choose and paint sprinkles onto your donut.

Wait a day or two for the paint to dry and there you have your very own comfort squishy.

Note: I made a donut, you can cut whatever shape you like!

Turning my doll into an American girl doll!

Hello!
Recently I dressed up my doll to look like Rebecca, an American girl. I started off by cleaning her skin with a sponge. Now it was time to fix the hair. I filled the spray container with water. Then, I got a brush. Next,  I sprayed her hair with a little water at a time and brushed it until it was not tangled. Finally, it was time to make the dress. I chose the purple outfit that Rebecca sometimes wears. I got some purple fabric: dark and light. Then I cut it into a rectangle and measured her waist and put a pin on it. You should be able to take it off and put it on again. For the jacket, I used dark purple under scarf. Next, I wrapped the underscarf around her and secured it with a pin so it would stick together.
Now I had a doll similar to rebecca

  • Add about 5 drops of red food coloring or whatever color you want you fruit roll ups to be.

  • Squeeze the puffy paint on the plastic wrap and make a long rectangle.
  • Fill in every empty spot and put a lot of puffy paint.

Gift Basket!

Hello! Today I am going to teach you how to make a gift basket from a plain old box. Recently I made a gift basket for a girl who came to U.S. 4 months ago to help her feel welcomed.

This is how I made it: Find an empty box. Then, you get wrapping paper and cut it so it can fit into each of the sides. Next,  glue all the cut pieces so that it covers the whole box. Now, get some card stock paper and glue it in on the inside. You can also put a bow on the front for decoration. I put ribbon all around the box and put a bow on it. You can add any decorations you like like, stickers, glitter and other pretty decor. Finally, add some gifts inside! I put chips, a doll, and lots of art supplies. You can also put cards and notes. So that is how you make a gift basket!

This is the gift basket I made for my friend.
These are all the stuff that I put inside the basket.

This is my new friend, the one I made a basket for.
She really liked the basket and she was really happy about it.
She has four siblings, just like I do. She is also nine years old.
